The South Downs Way is a trail spanning approximately 100 miles between Winchester and Eastbourne, traversing the entire length of the South Downs National Park.

From fast downhill sections, to tough climbs all through some of England's most beautiful countryside. On the trail you are rewarded with stunning scenery and passing many important historic sites.

Rolling farmland on the Western side, with steep downland, progressing through to wooded sections.

The Eastern side of the South Downs Way offers open grassland with incredible sea views, with more elevation / climbing than the Western half.
